Workshop Manager Vietnamese

• Make sure that all safety rules in and around the workshop are being followed at all times.
• Managing the workshop personnel
• Control daily progress on the project
• Make sure that projects are following time schedules and if not take appropriate actions to get them back to schedule.
• At all times have a good eye for quality and make sure that everything is being done according to high quality demands.
• Check timesheets to make sure that all hours are being written to the correct projects.
• Make sure that Sub Contactors working is following safety standards, and perform their job in the quality required.
• Make sure all Sub Contractors are introduced to Safety police.
• Control of ongoing jobs in workshop is according to drawings and standards. • Assist in QC control of ongoing jobs in workshop.
• Control and always improve the daily housekeeping in the workshop
• Teach the workshop personnel to work “smart” and by this obtain the goal have to use less hours on the projects.

Requirements Professional competences:
o Vast experience in running a workshop
o Knowledge on ISO 9001
o Knowledge on QC system
o Knowledge on different welding standards Personal competences:
o Able to communicate in English
o Able to handle more tasks at one time
o Honest and hardworking
o Must be able to translate values into words and action.
