[h=5]Work Experience[/h]	:	[h=5]Minimum 10 years in relevant section of Refinery with 2 years’ experience as a Panel Operator, and engaged in actual field operation for 3 year which includes not only routine operation but also trouble-shooting, trial operation, preparation for daily and turnaround maintenance.[/h]
[h=5]Skills[/h]	:	Passionate dedication to maintaining safe operations enforcing strict conformance with all government regulations, and applicable company procedures and policies. The advisors require specialized skills in especially ship loading/unloading operation (solid, liquid, crude oil and LPG), truck loading operation, sulphur forming, engineering, inspection, process technology, commissioning and startup. Ability to teach skills to freshmen and exhibits patience. - Report writing and presentation skills - English skills IELTS 6.0 (or equivalent) - Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Outlook

Responsibility

Section-6 has responsibility of Tank yard handling, Blending, Truck loading, Ship loading (solid, liquid and LPG; Jetty), Crude oil unloading (SPM), Sulphur forming, etc. Operation Advisors who are specialists in above refinery operations, and who have a considerable amount of experience in plant commissioning, startup, troubleshooting and normal operation. The Advisors will cover the operation 24 hours per day, 7 days per week in case of extreme emergency. Their duties are basically to advise operational section people who perform a detailed inspection of the equipment and piping, prepare punch lists, provide instruction to operators, provide continual advice on commissioning, startup and normal operation, specify operating conditions and prepare written instructions, report abnormal operating conditions, advise on performance evaluation procedures and supervise guarantee performance testing. The Advisor does not physically operate the plant. They provide instruction and advice to the Shift Supervisor and operators. The operators then actually make any adjustments to the plant operation in order to more effectively transfer technology. The Advisors work very closely with the Shift Supervisors to convey their advice to all operating staff. They report to the Deputy Section Manager on an administrative level.
Before Mechanical Completion, they take the initiative in proceeding with operation readiness such as operation work flow and manual development, DCS development, support of training local hired operators, selection of outsourcing company, and preparation and execution of commissioning work, etc.
