PROJECT SUPERINTENDENT

Responsibilities

+ Understanding of project strategy and commitments including scheduling, logistics,
inspections
+ Work in partnership with Project Manager to maintain an updated and accurate project schedule that reflects the changes in project
+ Promote positive subcontractor relations by dealing professionally and fairly with all subcontractors and vendors.

Requirement:

- Knowledge :
+ Understanding the tasks of project manager in shipbuilding company.
+ Display a good working knowledge of General Shipbuilding practices
+ Understanding of Classification societies and regulations

- Qualifications :

+ Degree in Mechanical/Marine Engineering/Shipbuilding and Offshore Engineering or

Naval Architecture

+ Management or Project Management programme.

Experience :

+ Minimum 04 years relevant experience in project in Shipbuilding or Marine Industries is a must.

Hull Fabrication Superintendent

Mô tả Công việc
- Responsible for the follow up material take-offs from the Process Engineer.
- Ensuring construction procedules are adhered to.
- Ensure implementation of lean manufacturing and modular manufacturing is adhered to and accepted.
- Responsible for the implementation of all production schedules, monitoring and maintenance of schedules in conjunction with Superintendents.
- Responsible for resource planning
- Conduct regularly and timely performance review for all direct report
- Motivate team members toward the common goals / objectives.
- Provide constant feedback to superintendent regarding to : Quality, Cost, Delivery, Safety, Morale.
- Other tasks will be discussed at the interview.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Knowledge:
- Good working knowledge of planing and monitoring
- Good knowledge of General Shipbuilding practices
- Basic Welding practices.

Qualification:
- Degree in relevant field : Marine, Mechanical, Naval
- Management or Project Management programe

Experience:
- Minimum 05 years experience in shipbuilding company, 03 years experiences at Management level.
