Mô tả Công việc/ The duties shall include but not be limited to:

• Advise on all matters relating to contract formulation and execution.
• Provide support for the development of comprehensive project execution plans and procedures.
• Provide support for the development contracting and procurement strategies.
• Provide support for the development of cost and schedule budget estimates, risk analysis and mitigation plans.
• Prepare and coordinate all necessary PQ documentation and manage PQ processes.
• Prepare, issue and administer ITT’s, clarifications, bid evaluations and recommendations for award.
• Prepare and coordinate all necessary contract documentation and manage contract processes.
• Perform all necessary contract administration.
• Identify and manage/coordinate all interfaces both internally to the contracts and externally within the project.
• Develop and manage comprehensive status registers of all project and contract related matters.
• Provide proactive identification of adverse trends and exposure reporting.
• Manage all potential contract changes including implementation of contract provisions and pricing.
• Manage the settlement of final accounts, final deliverables, contract close-outs and warranty provisions.
• Ensure that all pre and post contract activities are undertaken in a manner compliant with all applicable procedures, the Petroleum Contract and are fully auditable by the field development partners.
• Support Project Manager as requited;
• Other duties as required.

• Degree qualified or possess a minimum of 5 years contracts experience of large scale projects within the Oil & Gas Industry (required);
• Substantial experience in all phases of a project execution cycle. (required);
• Substantial experience generating PQ, ITT and contract documentation (required);
• Previous work experience in Southeast Asia (preferred);
• Substantial experience in post contract administration (required);
• Good interpersonal skills and strong capabilities for all forms of written communications;
• Computer skills - Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite as well as working knowledge (required);
• Fluent in English both verbal and written;
• Able to work with minimum supervision;
• Timely completion of tasks, makes time for unplanned assignments and can adapt to changing priorities;
• Good interpersonal skills are required;
• Excellent written and verbal communication;
• Ability to manage time and workload effectively including planning, organizing and prioritizing;
• Polite and respectful of others.
• At least 5 years working oil & gas activities for similar positions
