Position: Construction Engineer

Job purpose:
Plan, organize, supervise and coordinate all construction, installation and commissioning works for plant upgrading and modifications, major maintenance works, major repair works and turn- around works by means of good engineering practices, within budget and schedule, and in compliance with company’s HSE requirements.

Job accountabilities include but are not limited to
- Asset upgrading and modifications works: Prioritize, plan, coordinate and manage all construction, installation and commissioning works for both planned/unplanned plant upgrading and modifications by means of good engineering practices, within budget and schedule, managing contractor’s performance and in compliance with company’s HSE requirements to sustain and/or enhance asset performance and integrity.

- TMM Painting works: Prioritize, plan, coordinate and supervise all TMM painting works as a result from Topside Major Inspection Report by means of good engineering practices, within budget and schedule, managing contractor’s performance and in compliance with company’s HSE requirements to sustain and/or enhance asset performance and integrity.

- TMM Piping Rectification works: Prioritize, plan, coordinate and supervise all TMM Piping Rectification works as a result from Topside Major Inspection Report by means of good engineering practices, within budget and schedule, managing contractor’s performance and in compliance with company’s HSE requirements to sustain and/or enhance asset performance and integrity.

- Vessel Cleaning & Rectification works: Plan, coordinate and supervise all Vessel Cleaning & Rectification works as a result from Reliability Inspection Report by means of good engineering practices, within budget and schedule, managing contractor’s performance and in compliance with company’s HSE requirements to sustain and/or enhance vessel performance and integrity.

- Platform Living Quarters Repair works: Plan, coordinate and supervise all Platform Living Quarters Repair works by means of good engineering practices, within budget and schedule, managing contractor’s performance and in compliance with company’s HSE requirements to provide and maintain good conducive working environment to employees

- Civil, building, structural and overall CWR maintenance and repair works: Plan, coordinate and supervise all Platform Living Quarters Repair works by means of good engineering practices, within budget and schedule, managing contractors’ performance and in compliance with company’s HSE requirements to provide and maintain good and safe conducive working environment to employees

- Asset/Platform Turnaround: Prioritize, plan, ensure readiness, coordinate and supervise all constructions works that required to be done during Turnaround by means of good engineering practices, within budget and schedule, managing contractor’s performance and in compliance with company’s HSE requirements to sustain and/or enhance asset performance and integrity.

- Asset/Platform Emergency Work Request: Coordinate Ensure readiness and supervise all Emergency Construction Works that has been requested by Asset/platform by means of good engineering practices, within budget and schedule, managing contractor’s performance and in compliance with company’s HSE requirements to sustain and/or enhance asset performance and integrity.

- Technical Knowledge & Advice: Attend and participate skill group trainings, seminars and vendor’s presentation/liaisons and subsequently assists in evaluating and providing recommendations if applicable to the benefit of the company in enhancing or improving asset performance and integrity.
- Asset/Platform Report and data history: Prepare, record, updating and filing all construction works report and data history to be able to identify, prioritize and formulate the right solutions to problem areas which requires Engineering support, advice and review all plant operating data with operations and reliability department and to be able to capture all lessons learned and reduce repetition of problems

- Construction works for DD’s driven Activities: Plan, prepare and supervise all construction works to materialize all DD’s driven activities among others are work over, infill drilling and others by means of good engineering practices, within budget and schedule, managing contractor’s performance and in compliance with company’s HSE requirements to sustain and/or enhance asset performance and integrity.

Job requirement
- University Degree in Civil/Structure/Construction/Offshore Engineering
- At least 2-4 years of relevant working experience in Oil & Gas industry.
- Communication and interpersonal skills with good English
- Ability to work independently and in team under high pressure
