PVD Training currently specializes in three core business services including Training & Certification; Manpower Solutions (Supply & Consultancy) and Technical Services such as Safety Solutions, E&I, Marine Services, Technical Review, Inspection & Certification, Repair and Maintenance. • Working hours: 8 hours/day; 5 days/week

* Job Responsibilities:

• In conjunction with BOD and Line Manager to develop individual account strategies in support of territory sales goals.
• Consults and plans with BOD and LM on implementation of Effective Technical Services.
• Implements and evaluates technical programs for customers.
• Documents results of technical programs/recommendations to quantify savings and/or cost avoidance for customers and/or provide success stories.
• Identifies and implements profit improvement opportunities with customers.
• Works with frontline sales colleagues to develop new industrial and automotive customers.
• Identifies customer needs through investigation analysis and communicates proactively with technical staff in target accounts to promote technical services of the company.
• Identifies and secures product upgrade opportunities.
• Acts as technical resource for Sales function.
• Resolves technical problems regarding product or equipment performance in order to protect the company against unfounded litigation.
• Provides feedback on industry segment trends, product performance, equipment functions, etc, to the BOD. Prepare required reports for BOD.
• Conducts training for the benefit of new technical and sales employees, customers and distributors on product knowledge, applications and programs.
• Accomplish other tasks and duties assigned by line manager or BOD

[h=2]Job requirement[/h] * Job Qualification:
• At least 05-year experience in relevant positions
• Engineering/Technical background
• Good oral and written English skill
• Management Skills and Good Negotiation.
• Good knowledge and application of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Hard working attitude
• Leadership and organizational skills
