Project Proposal Work • Prepare Proposal Strategy • Establish Organization • Prepare and control schedule for proposal preparation • Prepare overall cost summary • Lead and coordinate all engineering, procurement, and construction estimation work • Review and finalize Contract Agreement • Negotiation with Client to come up a Contract b. Project Execution • Prepare Project Execution Strategy • Establish and control Project Organization • Prepare and Control the budget for project execution • Prepare and control overall Project Schedule • Control and Coordinate all Engineering, Procurement and Construction activities with Clients, Engineering Disciplines, Vendors, and Subcontractors • Control EPC progress and prepare monthly (or weekly) progress report c.
