Job Description[/h]This position will work in HR Department of PVD DeepWater - a subsidiary of PV Drilling - to handle the activities including but not limited to:
- Executes monthly local and expatriate payroll and coordinates with Accounting & Finance department to ensure timely and accurately remittance for employees every month.
- Makes declaration of social, health, unemployment insurance, PIT code for employees every month as per mandatory requirement.
- Be responsible to calculate monthly PIT report and yearly finalization report.
- Assists HR Manager to set up and develop company policies such as: Balance Scorecard & Performance management, regulations on salary and bonus, welfares and benefits, other allowances, etc.
- Assists HR Manager in implementation of personnel issues such as promotion, transfer, performance, review, and termination.
- Ensures all announcements, policies, regulations of the company to be delivered to all staff on time and implemented properly.
- Prepare C&B Report as required.
- Prepares labor contract and follows up for the renewal ones.
- Be responsible to the daily C&B tasks such as new joined staff database, termination checklist (for resignation), etc.


[h=3]Job Requirements[/h]- University degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Law; HR certifications is a plus;
- At least 4 years experiences in C&B in the foreign company;
- Solid knowledge of labor laws and regulations;
- Strong MS Excel and HRIS.
- Good oral and written communication skills (both Vietnamese and English) with the ability to proactively deal with management level, as well as front-line employees;
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple priorities
