GENERAL INFORMATION
 Job Type: Full Time
 Location: Hanoi

KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1) Quality Management
 To train, audit, monitor, manage and lead the Technical Department and close
control of procedures for quality control of all products: A/C 60/70, PMA/PME,
emulsion, cold mix, premix etc… in compliance with both the internationals
standards (ASTM, ASHTOO, AFNORE etc…) and the Standard Specifications
promulgated by the Ministry of Transport in Vietnam.
 To comply with procedures for quality control of A/C 60/70, PMA/PME, emulsion,
cold mix, premix etc… which is promulgated by ADCo & CVN. To supervise
ADCo Depots and CVN plants in strict implementation of these procedures.
 To be responsible to set up relations with and introduce PMU, consultant
engineers, testing authorities, contractors for close procedure for quality control
of goods of the Company in compliance with the international standard.
 To be responsible to co-ordinate with the Sales and Business Development
Department to receive the delegation of PMU, consultant engineers, testing
authorities, contractors to visit the Company’s terminals/plants and to take
samples for independent testing. To carry out necessary procedures with the
above mentioned authorities to obtain their written approvals for the Company’s
supply of asphalt to projects.
2) Customers services
 Put in place a technical assistance Agreement with customers. Provide a
customer support in terms of advice and training in the safe handling of bitumen
and emulsion products.
 Keep abreast of and keep the customers informed on developments affecting
bitumen and emulsion products and their end uses.
 Be a consultant for customers/distributors to help resolve their technical problem,
enquiries and quality complaints in coordination with the Sales and Business
Development Department and other supporting departments
 Visit customers regularly targeting in particular those are candidates for
conversion to emulsion products (Cutback, heated bitumen). Brief the General
Director of those customers who are receptive to or may become receptive to the
emulsion concept.
3) Business developments
 To develop new products/techniques/technologies nationwide.
 Develop relationship with PMU and relevant authorities in order to secure new
business opportunities.
 To receive and to work with foreign technical experts in its technology transfer of
any kind of bitumen and emulsion production in Vietnam.
 Products training/seminar for customers & company staff.
 Organize seminars to promote our products
 Be a market sensor to feedback all market information.
4) Internal Management
 Be responsible for monitor, manage and supervise staffs within the Technical
Department of ADCo and CVN including assigning job, supervising, coaching,
and motivating the staffs in the Technical Department.
5) Other tasks:
 To implement other works within the powers as authorized by ADCo and CVN
BOM
