The purpose of this role is to carry out the assigned duties, which include but no limit to:
• Make engineering drawing, design and perform structural analysis.
• Check and make sure all the drawings are in compliance with specification, standards and Classification Rules.
• Be responsible for drawing management, record, feedback, following up, nesting and CNC data generating.
• Provide technical specifications of materials for Procurement Team and review technical proposals from Suppliers.
• Give technical instruction and supports to the Production Team.
• Prepare “As Built” hull drawings.

Qualifications Required:
• Bachelor degree within Offshore structure, Naval, Marine or Mechanical engineer.

Experience Required:
• Have knowledge and experience on Hull structural, standardization activities.
• Shipyard or heavy industries experience (Power plant, refinery)
• Production support orientation (consider the workable of the design) experience.
• Minimum cost orientation design experience.

Other Requirements:
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Vietnamese. ( English compulsory)
• Strong team mindset.

- Capable in global and local strength calculation. Carry out hull structural scantling analysis in compliance with rule requirements.
- Hull structural optimization.
- Make engineering drawing for Class approval.
- Be responsible for drawing management, record, feedback, following up comments and feedbacks.
- Provide technical specifications of materials for Procurement Team and review technical proposals from Suppliers.
- Give technical instruction and supports to Production Team.
- Prepare “As Built” hull drawings.

* Experience Required:

- Have knowledge and experience on ship hull structural calculation.
- Shipyard or heavy industries experience (Power plant, refinery).
- Production support orientation (consider the workable of the design) experience.
- Minimum cost orientation design experience.

- Fluent in written and spoken English and Vietnamese. (English compulsory)
- Strong team mind-set.
- Have knowledge on material and material strength technology.
- Capable in software analysis.
