Job Title	Control Room Operator
Job Description	RESPONSIBILITIES: Ensure the graphic Panel on DCS and automation system meets the requirements and will satisfy the basis of design and performance requirements. And also Monitor process parameters and make an appropriate adjustment when a deviation detected and or an upset condition occurred. Ensure all process plant equipment and utilities equipment is in a good condition and in operable condition to maintain high reliability of the plant. Obtain support required from other departments to solve process problems. Responsible for controlling abnormal situation, managing process operation through Distributed Control System, process understanding, Alarm, Shutdown & start up process smoothly Control the plant safely when an emergency occurred in the plant area and immediately implement emergency response procedures. Be familiar with the facility's process plants safe operation and maintenance and ensure that he has knowledge of safety requirements, including work permit systems, operational and emergency procedures, Company policy and instructions. Manage wells (production and injection) according to well management guidelines to achieve optimum production. Carry out Permit to Work Register, Long Term Isolation Register and Padlock Box. Ensure that all information entered in logs, reports, production records are accurate and conform to the procedure. Gather and compile data for daily production reports and maintain a comprehensive log of all production activities. Monitor chemical injection equipment and monitor dosage rates of process fluids/gas efficiently. Responsible for communicating clearly and concisely, operating instructions to outside operation teams. Communicate frequently and directly with Senior Production Staff advising them of any problems, activities and general operational status. Responsibility to report all faults on plant and equipment as soon as aware of the problem(s) thereby ensuring maximum production and plant / equipment availability. HSE RESPONSIBILITIES: Comply with Facility Safety Management System towards Health Safety & Environmental concern. Comply with client safety management and its policies. WORKING RELATIONSHIP: Report daily activity condition to the Lead Production Operator. Carry out familiarization and orientation of the process facility and documentation to Junior Operator and trainees.
Job Requirment	QUALIFICATION AND SKILL REQUIRED: Prefer candidates with offshore experiences. Engineering trade, hydrocarbons production, other relevant qualification, university degree, Major in Oil and Gas preferred Experience as Control Room Operator on FPSO, hydrocarbon processing or similar facility with experience in the operation. Understand process plant P&I diagram, PFD, process logic control and Logic shutdown system.(Cause and Effect Matrix) Experience with Safety Management Systems and computerized Planned. Engineering trade, hydrocarbons production or other relevant qualification. Understand interrelationship among various process parameters. Fluent in English of Oil and gas working environment. Must be self motivated and able to work with minimum supervision Must be properly trained and certified in the following field: Permit to Work Job Hazard Analysis Authorized Gas Testing Critical Function Testing Emergency Response Oil tanker familiarization certificate. Advanced training programmer on oil tanker operation Advanced fire fighting. Personnel survival techniques, Fire prevention and fire fighting, Elementary first aid, Personnel safety and social responsibilities. Offshore Fire Fighting and Helicopter Survival certification. Offshore Medical Certification PERSONAL ATTRIBUTIS: Proven organizational abilities Working knowledge of FPSO maintenance and legislative procedures and systems. Good networking and communications skills Actively promotes the appropriate culture in terms of core values, including alliance and team working Ability to develop to supervisor level.
