The Shell Malikai Tension Leg Platform project at a glance:

- Dry tree tension leg platform, 1st TLP ever built in Malaysia offshore Sarawak. Water depth at the installation location is 500 meters.
- Processing capacity of 60,000bpd and 1.4 million cubic metres per day of gas.
- Total dry weight hull & topside is appx. 30.000mT.
- Anchored to seafloor by 08 tendons, 02 at each column.
- Design and fabrication: Technip & MMHE joint venture.
- Topside jack up, integration and loadout: ALE
- Nearshore transport and float off: Dockwise White Marlin.
- Transport and installation: Heerema Marine Contractors (HMC). The installation is scheduled in March, 2016.
- Installation vessel: DCV Aegir.
